Yes, if you wish toreturn your piece, we offer unto 80% return value on all our products. However,the return value would be given taken into consideration damages, breakages, missing pieces etc.

We only use solidgold (14,18 and 22k)  as the basematerial in all our products. All the stones used in our pieces are natural andcertified unless specified to be man-made/synthetic. We ethically source allour gemstones (Emeralds,Rubies,Sapphires etc.)The diamonds used are also natural and certified. The clarity/color may varyaccording to the type of jewellery

2. Although we strive for top quality and craftsmanship, our handmade jewellery may occasionally experience issues like breakage or stone displacement due to factors beyond our control.

3. Keep in mind that natural oils from your skin can affect the shine of diamonds and other precious stones. Even if you don't wear your jewellery often, it can collect dust.

4. It's best not to use commercially available jewellery boxes for storage, as they might contain adhesives that could discolor or tarnish your jewellery.

5. When getting dressed, put on your jewellery last. Makeup, cosmetics, and perfumes can potentially harm delicate pieces, so it's best to apply these products before wearing your jewellery. 

6. Incase of jadau, polki, fusion jewellery, keep away from water, as well as harsh chemicals like makeup, perfume etc.

In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at (email id) within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed.
