Exchange Procedure:

Should you choose to exchange your purchased product, kindly note the following process:

  1. Return Conditions: The product, accompanied by the original certificate, must be returned for exchange. Please be aware that alterations made by parties other than Sutra render the product ineligible for exchange.
  2. Deductions: A thorough quality inspection will be conducted upon return. Any necessary deductions for repair costs or alterations made by unauthorized parties will be determined at this stage. Deductions will be applied towards making charges, taxes, processing fees, and discounts, as applicable.
  3. Exchange Value: The value of the exchanged product, post-deductions, will be converted into vouchers. These vouchers can be utilized to purchase any other product from our range. It's important to note that the value cannot be redeemed for cash. The exchange voucher is valid for lifetime.

Buy-Back Process:

For customers opting for the buy-back option, we ensure a streamlined and efficient process:

  2. Evaluation and Deductions: A thorough quality inspection will be conducted upon return. Any necessary deductions for repair costs or alterations made by unauthorized parties will be determined at this stage. Deductions will be applied towards making charges, taxes, processing fees, and discounts, as applicable.
  3. Payment Processing: Upon completion of the evaluation process, the buy-back value will be transferred to you via online bank transfer. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
